4. Payment Method

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days.

Delivery time:

• Major cities: 2–4 working days

• Other areas: 4–7 working days

Delivery delays caused by courier services are beyond our direct control.

6. Order Confirmation

Our team may contact customers via call or WhatsApp for order verification.

Unverified orders may be cancelled.

7. Returns & Exchange

Returns or exchanges are only accepted if:

• Wrong item delivered

• Damaged product received

Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proof.

8. Cancellation
