Returns

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Product received damaged

  • Item significantly different from what was ordered

To request a return, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with clear photos or video proof.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect order placed by customer

  • Slight color variations due to screen display differences

  • Used, washed, or altered products

  • Customized products

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed via:

  • Bank transfer

  • EasyPaisa / JazzCash

Refund processing time: 3–7 working days

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only if:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product damaged during delivery

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item), Dua Store will cover return shipping charges.

If the return request does not meet our policy conditions, shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
